Review: 33cl can of Perlembourg Biere Blonde: 4.7% vol.
Bought cheap from Lidl France, coming in a lovely little red can that stands out.
Lovely frothy white head appears on the pour with a beer that is golden orange in colour, looks decent. Get a lot in the can, which is always good!
A good bit of carbonation.
Head maintains very well and there is some good lacing. A very good looking beer.
In fact I would say it is a fantastic looking beer, good head and a clear golden colour. Nice.
On the nose I get a faint beery malty smell.
Taste is nice, full bodied and creamy. Good initial mouthful. Not bad.
Soft not strong or bitter in taste. Very malty with hints of fruits, wheat and spices.
Might be a slight, very slight metallic taste but overall it is a good beer, quite smooth and very easy to drink, goes down well.
Not bad, considering its cheap Lidl. Nice big mouthfuls. Very good value.
Get a lot in the can, which is the best thing, a lot of bang for your buck.
Ok, very good value, a decent cheap light bodied beer that does the business. Recommended.
