Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated. As far as I can remember i had them served pretty cold, so that perhaps might have led to a decent head. I think the thing I was most impressed with was how cheap they are. You will find it hard to get a half decent beer for that price in any other supermarket

It does not retain any foam whatsoever. The bubbles that form are really thick and explode instantly, leaving a very shallow foam head. Taste is very typical for a german lager, even though it’s Belgian. Very neutral, but for a cheap beer that’s actually an accomplishment. Much better than what Aldi sells elsewhere in Europe. I also prefer the bottles over the cans.
